Wedding Aperture is a luxury wedding photography and cinematography studio founded by filmmaker Jason. For more than 15 years, our photographers, videographers and editors have documented South Asian and multicultural weddings across Los Angeles, Orange County and Southern California, and at destinations around the world, including Pakistan, Vietnam, Canada, Ukraine and Mexico.
Multi-day celebrations are our specialty. From the dholki and mehndi to the baraat, nikkah and walima, we know the traditions as well as we know our cameras. Expect calm, unobtrusive coverage, a filmmaker’s eye for story, and timeless photos and films that feel like your day, not a template. Our work has been featured in Maharani Weddings and South Asian Bridal Magazine.

Questions couples ask us
Where is Wedding Aperture based?
We’re based in Southern California and cover Los Angeles, Orange County and the surrounding areas. Part of our company is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we travel worldwide for destination weddings.
Do you offer both photography and videography?
Yes. Our team includes photographers, cinematographers and editors, so you can book photo, film or both, from teasers and highlight films to full-length features.
Do you cover multi-day South Asian weddings?
It’s our specialty. We photograph and film everything from the dholki and mehndi to the baraat, nikkah and walima, and plan coverage event by event.
Will you travel for a destination wedding?
Happily. We’ve worked in Pakistan, Vietnam, Canada, Ukraine, Mexico and across the United States, and travel details are spelled out clearly in your contract.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates fill up early, so reach out as soon as you have a date and a venue. For destination weddings, a year or more of lead time makes planning much easier.
How do we check availability?
